We are transitioning to a new platform to better support our growing, multi-site operations. Key benefits include:

We do not expect there to be negative impact to your daily operations, however, there may be brief downtime during the data migration. The user interface will remain the same, ensuring a seamless transition for users.

The pharmacy is still responsible for acquiring compatible workstations, barcode scanners, document scanners, printers, and necessary networking infrastructure. If your pharmacy decides to move forward with our on-premises Linux solution, you will be responsible for acquiring a compatible server.

All existing NLEC features have been incorporated into the new Newleaf platform for an enhanced multi-site experience.

Keycentrix will coordinate the migration and upgrade process with each pharmacy. They will work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and well-managed transition with minimal disruption.

Keycentrix plans to begin the beta phase in Q4 2026.

Your data is hosted in a SOC2 compliant Microsoft Azure environment and protected with encryption both in transit and at rest. Each pharmacy’s data is logically isolated, ensuring that you can only access your own records and information.

The system is hosted on Microsoft Azure’s highly available, redundant infrastructure. In addition, your data is backed up regularly to help ensure business continuity and support disaster recovery efforts.

The system requires an active internet connection to access and use its functionality. If internet connectivity is lost, access to the system will be unavailable until the connection is restored.

Pricing is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to pharmacy volume, market, and deployment models, and is a specific conversation that Keycentrix will have with your pharmacy.
