This involves dedicated time with a KeyCentrix solutions architect to discuss your current operation/workflow and determine the recommended NewLeafRx workflow for each of your locations. The outcome of this consultation is a workflow configuration document for your business; this can be used for future reference and training.

Discovery

When more customized solutions are needed we offer a discovery consultation; during this discovery we work with your team to define the scope of the requested customization. Following the consultation, high level requirements are drafted for the KeyCentrix development team to review and estimate, resulting in a Statement of Work for your team to review and approve.
